AL Gallery (Album gallery) opened in 2004 presents a new generation of Saint-Petersburg galleries dedicated to modern art. We are interested in a wide spectrum of already existing techniques and genres (painting, photography, graphic, sculpture, object, installation, multimedia) and focused on the form of universal author project. Such approach allows showing not only qualitative production, but also the way of artistic perception of rapidly changing world. The project relevance is thus developed as in the present, past and future.

           The present is represented by actively working modern painters who found recognition of the audience and professional experts, participate in large-scale native, foreign, international projects whose production is presented in private and museum collections.

           The past appears in form of classics of modern art of the 60s-90s years which has not lost its relevance for the present and which creates the required quality standard ensuring continuity of dialogue in art. The majority of these productions are already in museum and private collections, but the process of comprehension and acquisition of the museum status by the artworks is going on before our eyes, which enables the gallery to operate in this direction.

            The future is represented by the young authors who have just begun their way in art, who are interesting in their potential.

           Works of the artists with whom the gallery cooperates, can be found in respected private and museum collections, have received high appreciation of the Russian museum experts, «Metropolitana di Roma» museum (Rome), «Canada Art Contemporary Museum» (Canada), international exhibition Art Moscow.
